If an item is new, the purchaser will be covered under manufacturer's warranty unless announced otherwise. All items posted on our website & in our catalog are tested prior to shipment and falls within the category of New/NOB, Surplus, Refurbished, Takeout, or Used.

• New or New Open Box: The item is unused, out of box in Mint Condition; or/and the item is factory packaged.
• Surplus: New older item that are in unused condition but may have scratches, nicks, discoloration, or/and dents
• Refurbished: A used item restored to fully operational condition. May have scratches, nicks, discoloration, or/and dents
• Takeout: Used fewer than 6 months, before being taken out of service. May have scratches, nicks, discoloration, or/and dents
• Used: Used more than 6 months, assessed fully to be working. May have scratches, nicks, discoloration, or/and dents

Shipping Policies

Time: All items purchased usually ship within 1 business days, however, it may take up to 3 business days. The buyer will be notified of any exception upon full payment received and cleared. Additionally, local pickup is possible on Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Eastern time (Please give us an advanced 24 hours’ notice to expedite preparation of purchase order).
