Series 24 offset or remote piloted solenoid valves require a minimum operating pressure for acceptable system operation but permit greater flow (Cv) than Series 22 solenoid valves. Valves with watertight NEMA Type 4 or explosion-proof NEMA Type 7 enclosures are covered by I & M Instructions.
